Terms of Service

By accessing Growth OS you agree to these Terms. If you use Growth OS on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Acceptable use

You may not use Growth OS to spam, harass, infringe intellectual property, violate platform policies (including TikTok), distribute malware, or attempt to access another user’s workspace. Automated abuse of AI or publishing APIs is prohibited.

Subscriptions

Paid plans (when offered) renew until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice for subsequent billing periods.

Ownership

We own the Growth OS software, branding, and documentation. You own your account data, uploads, and project content. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product.

User-generated content

You are responsible for captions, media, and claims you publish. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.

AI-generated content

Outputs may be inaccurate or non-unique. You are responsible for reviewing AI suggestions before publishing. Growth OS does not guarantee virality, rankings, or platform approval.

API integrations

Third-party APIs (TikTok, AI providers, etc.) may change or revoke access. We are not liable for outages or policy changes by those providers. You must comply with their terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth OS is provided “as is” without warranties. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or £100 if none).

Termination

You may stop using Growth OS at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present risk to the service or other users.
